About
Angry Yeti Coffee Co. is a small-batch coffee company built for the people who actually do the work. The shift workers, the operators, the early-up and late-down crowd that runs on caffeine and discipline.
We don't sell a lifestyle. We sell coffee that shows up when you do. Specialty grade. Roasted in the USA in small batches. Shipped fresh. Named after the missions that earn it.
The Lineup
Five roasts. Pick the one that matches the work in front of you.
- Ops Ready — Breakfast Blend / Light Roast
- Yeti Black — Signature Medium Roast
- Alpine Assault — High-Caffeine Roast
- Iron Shift — Dark Non-Espresso Roast
- Midnight Patrol — Espresso / Dark Roast
How It's Made
We partner with Temecula Coffee Roasters in Temecula, California, who roasts and ships every order on our behalf. They roast in frequent small batches based on customer demand, so coffee isn't sitting in a warehouse waiting around. In most cases, your bag is roasted, packed, and shipped on the same business day — straight from their roastery to your door.
Parent Company
Angry Yeti Coffee Co. is a brand owned and operated by Whiskey Tango Industries LLC, a Texas-based holding company.

↑ TopFAQ
How fresh is the coffee?
Coffee is small-batch roasted throughout the week to meet incoming demand, so it isn't produced far in advance or held in storage. In many cases your bag is roasted, packed, and shipped on the same business day. It will hit peak flavor a few days after it arrives — that's normal and expected.
What grind options are there?
Whole bean, drip ground, coarse ground, fine / espresso ground. Pick at checkout. If your brewer isn't on the list, whole bean is the safest call — most kitchen grinders can hit any grind size.
Where does the coffee come from?
All beans are specialty grade. Origin and lot details vary by roast and depend on what's available at the time of roast. We don't make origin claims on individual SKUs unless they're locked single-origin (limited drops only). Cupping notes and roast level are what travel with each bag.
Are the bags recyclable / compostable?
Standard bags are foil-lined, not certified compostable. A home-compostable option is available on select SKUs at a small upcharge. Labels themselves are not certified compostable. We don't make broader environmental claims that we can't substantiate.
Is the coffee organic?
No. We are not USDA NOP certified, so we do not make organic claims. Beans are specialty grade and ethically traded.
Decaf?
Decaf is water-process. We do not use chemical decaffeination.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available at calculated rates. It's expensive, slow, and unreliable — we won't pretend otherwise. International orders cannot be guaranteed and are not refundable. Customs fees and import duties are not included in the order total and are the recipient's responsibility.
Are the products K-Cup compatible?
If we offer single-use cups, they're compatible with Keurig® K-Cup® brewers. We are not affiliated with Keurig.
Wholesale, cafes, restaurants?
Bulk and wholesale pricing is available. Email [email protected] with what you're looking for and we'll send terms.
↑ TopShipping
Every order is a custom product made after you order it. Labels are printed on demand. Coffee is roasted to order. That takes time. The reward is a bag that's hitting peak flavor when it arrives — not one that's been on a shelf for months.
Production & Ship Times
- Order to ship: 2–5 business days. Longer during holidays and peak periods.
- Ship to delivery: 1–5 business days depending on order size and distance from the roastery (Temecula, CA).
- Total order to door: typically 3–10 business days.
We don't offer expedited shipping. It only creates false expectations — the bottleneck is roasting, not transit. Worth the wait.
Carriers
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We pick the method that gets your order there safely and on time, based on size and destination. You'll get a tracking number once the order is processed.
- 1 × 12oz bag → typically USPS First Class
- 2–8 bags → typically USPS Priority Mail (flat rate or regional)
- 9+ bags → typically UPS Ground
Tracking
You'll see "pre-shipment" status during the ~24 hours between when the label is printed and when the carrier picks it up. That's normal. Once it's scanned into the carrier system, the tracking page will update.
Order Changes
If you need to change something on an order, email [email protected] immediately with your order number and what needs to change. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be modified.
International
International orders ship via the best available method (typically USPS First Class International). They're slow, expensive, and account for the majority of shipping issues we see. International orders cannot be guaranteed and are not refundable. Customs fees and import duties are not included in the order total and are the recipient's responsibility.
Package Theft & Lost Packages
Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We cannot automatically replace or refund packages that go missing after delivery confirmation.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the package isn't there:
- Look around the porch, mailbox, parcel locker, and check with neighbors. Carriers occasionally leave packages in unusual spots.
- Wait 24 hours. Some packages are scanned early.
- Contact the carrier's local office for placement details.
- If theft is suspected, file a police report and a USPS missing mail / theft report (uspis.gov/report).
- Check with your homeowner's or renter's insurance — many policies cover package theft.
If the carrier confirms a delivery error or the package was insured, contact [email protected] and we'll work with you on next steps.
↑ TopReturns & Replacements
Coffee is a perishable product roasted specifically for your order. We don't accept physical returns — any returned product is discarded. Instead, we work the issue and replace the order when it's our fault.
Do not ship coffee back to us. Any returned product cannot be resold or reused. If something's wrong with your order, email [email protected] with photos and your order number — we'll handle it.
Our Replacement Policy
If we made the error
Wrong grind, wrong roast, missing item, mislabeled bag — we cover it. We'll re-ship the correct order at no cost to you, expedited where possible. Email [email protected] with your order number and a quick description.
If the order info was incorrect at checkout
Wrong address, wrong grind selected, wrong product — that's on the customer. We'll help you place a corrected order, but the cost of the replacement is on you.
If the carrier damaged the package or it was lost in transit
"Nobody's fault." We split it. We'll cover the cost of the coffee; you cover the cost of reshipping. This keeps things moving without either side eating the full hit.
If the package was scanned "Delivered" but is missing
Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package is the recipient's responsibility. See the Shipping section for the steps to take. We're not able to automatically replace or refund packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post to your statement after we issue it.
International orders
International orders are not refundable in any circumstance. See Shipping.
